Shipping policy

Our orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or by UPS.  In most cases, when we use USPS, we ship using Priority Mail, which indicates package arrival within 3 business days.

If you need to cancel your order, you'll have two weeks from the day you have received it to send it back to Mrs. Mason's Co. for a refund.  You will be shipping the package back to us at your own expense.  Once we have received it, we will either replace the product or issue a credit to your account for the cost paid, less the cost of shipping.  The package should be returned to:  619 S Washington Ave., Royal Oak, MI  48067.
