Mrs. Mason's Premium Brittles have been a tradition since 1984.  We are known for our textures, ingredients and our packaging.  Unlike most brittles, our varieties have our trademarked thick, chunky profile, while still remaining crisp and generously loaded with ingredients.  We also give our brittles a finish with chocolates, crushed nuts, coconut or a sprinkle of something, for that delicious final touch.

Mrs. Mason's Co. was the first company in the country to add dried fruits to brittle, making all of our fruit varieties "Mrs. Mason's originals".  We have a secret technique with our fruit varieties, which keeps the fruits plump and juicy, and not dried out.  Over time, the dried fruits release a natural fructose gas, which will soften the base of the brittle, so softening is perfectly natural.  It's one of the many characteristics that people love about our brittles!

Our packaging is designed to say, "You are special!" to the recipient.  Every box and bag is carefully hand-packed and hand-wrapped with loving care.  Our wraps tend to change with the seasons, always with a breath of inspiration and beauty!
